Wakeen gave me a kick

Now here I am at work posting a post for post Toronto center island race. I wonder if Antonia is keeping up with her blogs at http://www.akylo.blogspot.com/

Hmmm looks like she is....

Well it was quite a weekend for me. Hot, sweaty, tiring but loads of fun. The races were awesome and I can see that everyone is getting more and more into them as we improve at every festival.

There is a lot of work to be done and I'm guessing that this fun toronto festival brought people together in hopes of doing better for the next two festivals. Everyone overall are definately more into it and are willing to shell out their time to work out, make practices and just prepare in these final 3 weeks for our upcoming Hamilton and Waterloo festivals!

Hmm, Volleyball was fun too, though the sun in my eye and sand burning my bare feet could all have been avoided...

YAY!!! I'm excited at practice today in HAMILTON, that's right peopel from waterloo and toronto are excited enough to drive all the way to hamilton for a 1 hour practice! Since people are pumped, today's going to be a good one!

But what i'm really looking forward to is WATERLOO since it will be big this year, over 60 teams paddling and a ton of university teams that we would want to catch up to / beat :) And of course PA Waterhawks, have to smoke tuna them again! :) hehe

For Wakeen's media blog go here : http://www.wakeenovision.com and also his take on the Toronto island race!

We have videos of all our races and tons of pictures. Oh, the uniforms are great!! Comes out pretty dang nice on camera!!

I better start working now!!! Ciao!

Good Morning Post

Good morning everyone,

It's getting close to that end of June, pressure is on with midterm reviews from work, Dragon Boat festivals to row, doing social stuff on the weekend, not much Summer is left. So far, I've been having a blast but it's time to lay low and do my friggin Work Term Report and study ahead in a course.

Work is tiring, especially if you have the habit of going to work late and leaving late. I really need to change that period.

Other than that reflection, I'm looking forward and am very excited yet nervous to this Saturday and Sunday at Toronto Center Island Dragon Boat Festival where my team Swordfish will paddle and give everything they got. My weekend is jam packed once again; On Saturday, I will go to wonderland and watch Sunsao yippee. All those chinese *entertainers* compete to become top *entertainer* of Toronto then end up working for Fairchild as TV Hosts and help them do shows for mediocre pay.

On Sunday, I hope to be able to watch Taste of Asia singing contest at 2pm, that one has more credible singers. But because of dragon boat, I might not be able to attend.

Anyways, got to go to work 9:26 am. PADDLE HARD SATURDAY AND SUNDAY!!!!!

Dinner at home

Nothing like a good home dinner consisting of overdue eggs, dark rye wheat bread, overdue smoke processed meat some gouda cheese, red onions and molding corn... That's why i'm so healthy right now. *cough cough

I would probably have to see a doctor soon, this breathing difficultly ain't going away... probably worsened by me drinking, and the beautiful toronto air :p

Well DanJ is hassling me to post so i'll post :) It's a good way to keep me thinkin' and make me stay on top of my goals.

It is almost the end of july, and i don't think i covered more than 75% of my goals but it isn't too bad so far. After db season slows down a bit, i'll have some more time to focus on my other goals.

There are a lot of content I have yet to post, and pictures to organize, I will soon i will soon :)
